The two-story academic wing curves away from a major highway intersection and embraces a magnificent grouping of tall, mature oak trees. Public spaces are organized around a large, landscaped exterior courtyard planned for outdoor dining and other student activities. The major circulation system is on the concave side of the curve and is punctuated by two small courtyards which contain primary vertical circulation components.

Circulation is further celebrated by the lightweight steel canopy system which is juxtaposed against the heavy masonry building masses. For durability and maintenance considerations, the exterior walls are brick veneer on concrete block and all interior partitions are painted plaster. A state of the art local area network computer system is installed throughout the entire campus.
